Need staff on Blood on Mithril server

Hi, on BoM we need new staff as we just made are debut a couple of weeks ago. We need loyal staff who will not make things more complicated. I would appreciate it if you had prior experience bebing admin on any type of server or similar power in minecraft or other gamesEPostions we are looking for are:

Builder(s)

Admin(s)

Moderator(s)

For builder after you finish an application you must go on a server with jesssier(komarovo) or LonelyDork to build something to judge wether you are ready for the team. Keep in mind alot of server spawn structures are in development and anything in the spawn area must be approved by LonelyDork. Keep in mind for administrative positions players can speak freely in whatever way they want to and this migh make you mad.

Amount of time you can be on server(at least a couple hours a week)

Why you will be a productive member to our server and why you are the best for your job

Far too many (couple hundred hours)

I am looking to help improve the server with the creation of lore cities and other builds while also helping provide inspiration for smaller player builds. I have built everything from Orthanc to Gwinlond (its in dorwinion). I normally build mannish things but i can do dwarven and orcish too.

Builder

at least a couple hours a week, max of 6

Past experience AoA DoW ToS FoW AoD i would send pictures but those would work better over Discord

≈ 300 hours

I have been on numerous LoTR mod servers, and I really never have seen any that has had a great treait but doesn't kill everything else good about LoTR.

Moderator

maybe 7-8 hours, definately < 3

I am a moderator on a vanilla minecraft server, and an admin on a LoTR called Second Brekfast Club (I know, sounds stupid) I also have played a considerable amount of time on FoME, as a fellowship leader

13 years old (I am mature for my age and very capable) timezone= Pacific Standard Time

I have asked many people's opinions on how a LoTR mod server should be run. Some say follow lore and others want to just blow off lore. I know a great balance between noobish players and more advanced and experianced players who just want to have some fun. I love interacting with people and I can stay neutral in arguments. From input from many other people in the LoTR mod community, I could help make this server more balanced to fit everything from RP, to Pvp, to just plain ol' adventuring.
