I think that, if the lonely mountain will be added, this can provoke some problems. I mean, I’m creating, digging and building, a dwarvish fortress that will be close enough to the lonely mountain. If a generated structure will be added, it wuold cause some problems with my castle.

That's so you can build a huge structure in it without coming out the other side after building just the throne hall. Minecraft's height limit is 256 blocks, and there is no way to code structures to go any higher. Unless you want the Lonely Plateau, you need to keep the mountain at or under 256 blocks tall. And if you have an incline that stretches out horizontally without stretching vertically, it will look more gradual.
I might add for the land around the mountain to drop off suddenly, like a massive moat or ditch. Not only would this make only one chokepoint in or out possible, it would make the mountain seem larger. Also, would it be possible to make the insides hollow?
