Why are using 32-bit java? Is your OS 32-bit as well? (If you have a 64-bit OS, please update your java to 64-bit.)
Try changing enabled to false in your .minecraft/config/splash.properties file. If that doesn't help, then please post the log.
I had the same problem. My java is 32 bit, and is updated to the latest version. However, my OS is 64 bit.
I changed the enabled property from true to false, however it still crashed.
Please create a new thread.
