For some reason, when you spawn slaves of Núrn or when they are your unit, they get attacked by Dunlendings and all Isengard mobs, maybe more, but I couldn't find any yet. So somebody tell me if this is intended or really a bug.

It is intended. As of Public Beta 29, they are aligned with GONDOR.
But, Mordor orcs don't attack them... so this will prevent me from having Núrnic slaves for my farms in Dunland? if so, we need Dunlending farmers/slaves from Rohan...
And before B29 they weren't attacked by them ;(
Dunlendings were enslaved by Saruman.

Kinda... but still, what reasoning is behind that every evil mob doesn't attack the slaves of Núrn, with exception of the Dunlendings and Isengard mobs?

That would be odd, as Gondor is enemies with several other factions...

Yeah, and besides that, I don't see why Isengard mobs and Dunlendings would hate slaves from Mordor... And not even angmar or Dol-Guldur orcs attack them so it's extremely weird
