“ | Wide flats lay on either bank, shadowy meads filled with pale white flowers. Luminous these were too, beautiful and yet horrible of shape, like the demented forms in an uneasy dream; and they gave forth a faint sickening charnel-smell; an odour of rottenness filled the air. | ” |

Morgul-flowers are a type of flower found in Morgul Vale.
If a player under +250 Mordor alignment approaches the flower quite close, there is a chance of inflicting a nausea and blindness effect. Standing on the flower with under +250 grants a poison and blindness effect, that loops until the player walks off of the flowers. At +250 Mordor alignment or above, however, the Morgul-flowers inflict no effects on the player.
Note: Merely looking at the flowers inflicts no effect. This is a popular misconception, for some reason.
Obtaining
Morgul-flowers are commonly found within Morgul Vale, usually in groups of roughly three to twelve. They can also be obtained by using bonemeal on grass in Morgul Vale.
Uses
Unlike other Mod flowers, this one can not be crafted into dyes.
Morgul-flowers are an important ingredient in brewing Morgul-draught, which requires three of them.
