Rhudaur

Rhudaur was one of the three kingdoms formed from the splitting of Arnor. It was the smallest and northernmost of the three kingdoms, and thus was easily manipulated into the service of the Witch-king of Angmar. Today, the descendants of the people of Rhudaur are a primitive, scattered people, living in Angmar and the nearby hills, who prize strength and have a bitter hatred for the Dúnedain Rangers.
